| Description of the problem | 2014 nissan altima s, projector headlamp assembly is defective and in order to see at night, i must drive with my high-beams. I have contacted nissan and they want to charge me over $200 just to "troubleshoot" the issue even though i told them about this defect. A lot of nissan altima owners from 2013-2018 are having this issue, yet nissan does not issue a recall and we are expected to pay them about $1,000 for a new set of headlamp assemblies. This is a very serious safety issue. Please help us get nissan to be responsible for this defective design and issue a mandatory recall at their expense. Thank you. |
