Description of the problem	Starting in april 2019 on my 2014 nissan altima sv. The low beam headlights are extremely dim. They are easily overpowered by the turn signal, and headlights from other vehicles cast a "shadow" when driving behind this vehicle. This presents a serious safety hazard especial in any wet weather event it is almost like having no lights on at all. If there is a minimum lumens that need to be projected to the road this design is not doing it. The bulbs were replaced with appropriate units, no change in the effectiveness of the lights. When i contacted nissan about this safety defect they provided no solution. And took zero responsibility for the companies design flaw.
