Description of the problem	I was driving on the highway and noticed that i had low visibility and could not see as far as 1 foof ahead and had to use my high beams all the way home. I assumed that it was my bulbs or battery and changed them both out. When i changed them, i noticed no change and almost hit a parked car and feel that it is very dangerous not only for me but others that have the same make and model and year of car and feel that something needs to be done because it is a safety risk.
