Description of the problem	Despite replacing the bulbs and even trying hid light bulbs for the car, it is nearly impossible to drive at night due to the headlights being so dim. You literally have to drive with your bright lights (high beams) on in order to see more than a few feet ahead of you as you drive. It is extremely dangerous and poses risk not only to the driver because they can't see without driving with high beams on, but also to oncoming traffic being subjected to blinding lights in their eyes.
