Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owned a 2014 nissan altima. The contact stated while stopped she was rear ended by another vehicle driving at approximately 40 mph, as a result she was pushed into the rear of the vehicle stopped in front of her. The contact stated that no air bags deployed. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact sustained muscle strain, leg and neck injuries while the passenger sustained back and neck injuries that required medical attention. The contact also stated that the occupants of the other vehicle also sustained injuries however, she was unaware of their injuries. A police report was filed.
