Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owned a 2014 nissan altima. While driving approximately 25 mph through an intersection, another vehicle crashed into the contact's vehicle head-on. The air bags did not deploy on the driver and passenger side. The driver sustained a fractured sternum, abdominal bruising, and vertebral bodies cervical fractures. The front passenger sustained lacerations to the face and eye and neck and back injuries. Both required medical attention. A police report was filed. The manufacturer was not notified.
