| Description of the problem | The under carriage and arm attached to the wheel snapped with no warning. I was driving the car and heard a loud noise like i ran over something. When i looked the piece was hanging and the wheel well was sitting on the tire. I have reached out to nissan they informed me it is not a recall and nothing they can do. After reading other articles i see numerous people have had a similar issue. I am trying to research who to contact or how to go about the process holding them accountable if indeed this is just like the other issues i have read. |
