Description of the problem	I was driving under 25 mph (in a straight line) on a smooth rode when the driver side of my car felt like it locked up for a second. My steering wheel immediately lost alignment and the wheel needed to be kept at 2:30 to drive straight. I made it less than a mile after the initial incident (i thought it was just wheel out of alignment) but with each rode bump i hit, my back end got looser and looser. I finally pulled off and packed my car. When i went to move it, in reverse, the was a large noise and i could tell something was fractured in the suspension. The driver side rear wheel was crashed into the wheel wheel and the control arm was broken. This appears to be the same thing nhtsa action number pe18013 is in regard to, and i live in cleveland, oh, with more than 100,000 miles of my car's 130,000 miles put on in northern ohio.
