Description of the problem	2013 nissan altima has a very annoying whining/whistling noise. Dealer said they heard noise and checked other cars on lot and they had same noise, this is normal. I've seen others complaining of noise and some seem to be getting resolution. Took car back to dealer and complained again. Told once again this is normal. Noise is very annoying and for the money spent on new car expect better results. Nissan needs to fix this.
