| Description of the problem | I am angry and very upset that nissan is not stepping up and taking responsibility for the defective cvt transmissions that they have been installing in their vehicles, specifically the altima. I own a 2013 altima sv that is a danger on the road and to me that had to be parked. I began researching the problem and was astounded to read about the many class action lawsuits that are pending because of the transmission problems that have been concealed by nissan though they were aware of these issues in 2012.
