Description of the problem	Wish i had seen all these complaints before purchasing this vehicle 7 months ago for way more than i should have. Within 3 months the transmission went out and i had to spend $4,000 to get it rebuilt. It has been back to the mechanic 4 times (luckily under their warranty) and is still messing up every few weeks. I feel like this is a defect through nissan and they should take some responsibility. I guess they would rather get a bad reputation and less future sales. My car has completely stopped working while i have been on the interstate going 70 mph. I have 2 children to transport and 2 sick parents. I should be able to rely on this vehicle and i can't. Very frustrating !!! If i didn't owe so much on it, i would definitely get rid of it. I previously had a 1997 nissan altima that gave me very little trouble, but now i will never purchase a nissan again !!! Www. Carcomplaints. Com says to avoid this car like the plague. I think they are so very right.
