Description of the problem	Low beam headlights do not illuminate the roadway. Low beam headlights quickly deteriorated within 1 year and no longer illuminate the roadway at night. Unsafe to operate this vehicle at night using low beam headlights. It is literally impossible to see at night using these low beam headlights. I replaced all four headlight bulbs, low and high beam, and this did not make any improvement in low beam illumination. The problem is in the headlight enclosure assembly (projector/reflector issue) which must be replaced with new at a cost in excess of $1,000 because it requires removal of the front bumper cover and plastic splash liner under bumper cover. This complaint is frequently mentioned by other 2013 nissan altima owners and nissan has to be aware of the issue due to its common occurrence and frequent complaints by owners.
