Description of the problem	Halogen headlamps extremely dim. Using vehicle low beams, i cannot differentiate between asphalt and raised pavement lines during light or moderate rain. When replaced halogen lights with brighter led headlamps, the headlamps still appear dim and i can safely look directly through the projector at the new headlight (i cannot safely look at said led bulb when not installed in the headlamp assembly. Rpms and reflective signs are not visible until within 20 fee (or not at all in many cases), causing me to miss turns. In the image provided, the brand new 1,600 lumen led headlamps (bottom) are placed in reference to a 750 lumen led flashlight
