Description of the problem	The headlights are beyond dim, i am only able to see a short distance in front of the vehicle - unless the high beams are turned on. It is worse with night driving in rain and snow because i am not able to see beyond my front bumper. It makes me very uncomfortable to drive because i fear that i will not be able to see pedestrians and potentially hurt or worse kill someone because i was unable to see while using my headlights. This is an issue all the time, whether moving or sitting still, and it is very sad when your turn signals are brighter and shine on street signs but your headlights do not. We have replaced the bulbs but this has not corrected the issue and i am not sure what else could be causing this to have happened within the short amount of time we have owned the vehicle. At this point i have not experienced an accident or anything, but feel it is only a matter of time before there will be no light and i will no longer be able to drive the vehicle.
