Description of the problem	Front headlights are dim and you are unable to see the road ahead. While driving at night the headlights do not look like they are on. If raining you are unable to see anything within 1-2 feet in front of the vehicle making it impossible to drive the vehicle at night on the highway or on the city streets. Nissan said it was the bulbs so they replaced them and there is no change in being able to see while driving at night. The vehicle only has 40,500 miles when it went in for the diagnostic test.
