Description of the problem	The headlights on dim basically looks like they are off. When traveling at night when dim is needed due to on coming traffic you can not see with them only on dim. We have replaced the bulbs but that doesnt help. Seems that it's something to do with the mirrors that reflect the lights. This happens anytime the lights are on but of course being a headlight issue we notice it more at night while driving anywhere. I can attach a picture but a video shows this is better.
