Description of the problem	Headlights have become very dim to the point that the vehicle is unsafe to drive at night without keeping the headlights on bright all the time. This is not an issue with the bulbs (dealer verified that even installing high-intensity bulbs did not fix the issue), but with the halogen projector lens. The only remedy is to replace the entire headlamp assembly at a dealer cost of $1,000 for the pair. A quick google search shows that this is a widespread issue for the 2013-2015 model altimas, and due to the danger posed by this defect i believe a recall is necessitated.
