Description of the problem	Front low beam headlights are dimming gradually as the car ages. Looking inside of the reflector assembly in the projection headlight unit, the reflector is discolored and burnt up instead of bright and reflective. It is extremely difficult to see at night and i fear driving at night due to possible hazards to myself or others.
