Description of the problem	I was informed by 2 different mechanic shops that the lighting system on my car is defective. I replaced the headlights 2 times by 2 different ships and they are still dim. This is a hazard because i have to drive with my highbeams on at night. This poses safety concerns not only to myself but to other drivers as well and i'm also liable to receive a citation that i have no control over. I've been having this issues for the last 2 years.
