Description of the problem	Yellow light on dashboard shows that the passenger air bag is deactivated even though an adult passenger (approx 150 lbs) is seated in passenger seat. This has been occurring intermittently since car was new. Took car to dealer several times. I was told they couldn't find anything wrong. Then received recall notice for this problem. Took car to dealer and recall fix was supposedly performed, but problem still persists. Nhtsa needs to take action on this widespread problem before someone gets killed.
