Description of the problem	Dangerous performance on 2010 nissan altima. After driving over 2 hours at highway speed, i had to stop for traffic. I tried to accelerate following the stop and the car would not accelerate. I had to depress the accelerator almost to the floor and then it moved gradually and then quickly picked up speed. This happened several times on the trip after extended driving time.
