Description of the problem	I had steering wheel lock failure in an area that was unsafe and i could not start my car again to drive away. I had to call emergency road side service to tow my car to the dealer who repaired my car for a $900 fee. After doing further research i have found that hundreds of people that have had this car have been affected by this issue. Nissan is well aware of this issue and yet have failed to due recalls on the car to repair the issue once and for all. I have had 2 recalls already on this car and this issue should be considered a necessary recall as well. People could be in area that are not safe and are unable to move their vehicle or could be in freezing or hot weather and are unable to move their vehicle. This is dangerous. Your car becomes completely disabled and this is an issue that continues to plague their customers. I was fortunate that this did not occur until i reached over 100,000 miles, but other people had this occur at a school low as 33,000. This repair ranges anywhere from $900 to $1200 to repair. Nissan should be responsible for repairing this for their customers as they know that this is an issue with this vehicle for the 2009 and 2010 models.
