Description of the problem	I drive a new 2008 nissan ultima that i have had for the last year and a half. My complaint is regarding the windshield/wiper usage. In inclement weather i feel that while using my windshield wipers i can not see as i should or have in other cars. While using the windshield wipers it blurs the windshield like i am looking through a film. I am on the road every day for two hours and this whole last week it has rained every day... So for the last week of continual use i am still complaining of this problem. I have had this problem since i drove the car off the lot new. I feel this could cause injury/crash in the future due to this problem. There is not a specific date so i input a date near the purchase of this vehicle.
