Description of the problem	Cars dashboard is melting. The dashboard is literally peeling off when touched. Sticky residue remains on the dashboard and it won't clean off. Whenever the sun is out, the shiny, sticky dashboard reflects onto the windshield causing a blinding glare. This glare almost caused accidents because of the limited visibilty.
