Description of the problem	The dashboard on my 2008 nissan altman is melting and is causing extremely impaired visibility due to the glare that is produced from reflection of light. On very sunny days, i feel nervous driving because it is so difficult to see. Also, when i initially start the car for the first time each day, it gives off this noxious odor that causes much concern about the toxicity of these fumes. The issue first became apparent in approximately 2016, but has progressively become worse.
