Description of the problem	Dash is sticky and melting/secreting a substance. Substance will not wipe off and causes an extreme glare on the windshield when driving during bright hours of the day. Without wearing sunglasses it is almost entirely impossible to see the road clearly during these conditions. I never applied any kind of cleaners/chemicals to it. This is some kind of factory issue.
