Description of the problem	The passenger airbag not on" light has been intermittently flashing. It now remains lit (passenger airbag off) when the seat is unoccupied and when a full grown adult or child sits in the passenger seat. I called nissan and gave them all my information and they informed me that my car was not included in the recall of campaign 08v521000, even though the conditions for repair fit the description. I want nissan to repair this malfunction so that no one his hurt in my car.
