Description of the problem	Takata recall: we were driving in a neighborhood at less than 10 mph (we were looking at houses). Out of nowhere my airbags blew. We did not hit anything and we looked around to see if something hit us and there was nothing. There was also no external damage to my car. No one was hurt since there was no momentum, however, nissan will not take responsibility and they refuse to send me the report. I have left numerous messages with rep. Dehenry kidd (615-725-7639 /case number 29409439). I was also told there was no escalation process.
