Description of the problem	I am the original owner of a 2007 350z. I just found out today that there has been a recall on the passenger air bag sensor since november 2008. I first began to notice the passenger air bag light being off over three (3) years ago. I had my 100,000 mile service around six (6) months ago. The sensor was listed as problematic, but not identified as a potential recall. Today, i called the nissan usa number and spoke with [xxx] who told me that my vin # did not match the ones from the recall in november 2008. I informed her that if a passenger in my car is harmed because nissan usa will not live up to its responsibility to its customers and community, there will be a major lawsuit coming. I feel that the callus position of the company will prevent me from purchasing from them again,,,although i like their cars.
