| Description of the problem | Shifting into 3rd gear will usually grind unless the clutch is held down extra long. All other gears are fine. Car has 4000 miles and the problem seems to be worsening with time. Nissan identified the problem as bad syncronizer and the manual transmission has to be replaced.
