When the contact took her vehicle in for scheduled maintenance, the dealer stated that all four rotors were cracked on the outside. The dealer stated that the failures were caused by heat. The technician stated that they have never seen rotor failure of this magnitude and could be due to a manufacturer design flaw. The manufacturer stated that the failure could have been caused from her husband's driving. The contact stated that was impossible because there would have been more damage to the components.
