Description of the problem	I am the owner of a 2007 mercury mountaineer. It has about 64,000 miles on it, most of them highway miles. I have a leak in my radiator. The dealer says it is a defect in the radiator, and no corrosion is present. It is out of warranty, so i must bear the cost of replacement of the radiator. Cost ~$700. I do not drive off road, so there is no valid reason the radiator should have failed. During an internet search, i discovered this is a common problem with 2006 and 2007 mercury mountaineers and ford explorers. This issue should be investigated, and ford held accountable for putting defective parts in their vehicles.
