| Description of the problem | Was at stop light went to pull off and it stopped and lost power at the light pulled over to the shoulder had it towed. The mechanic told me it was the torque converter issue that ford recalled for the 2005 year mercury monterey but not for the 2006 year model. I called ford and the told me they was sorry but there was nothing they can or could do for me. |
