Description of the problem	Latching anchor for third row seat is welded to side of the vehicle. Tried to latch seat and the entire anchor assembly broke away due to rust. Dealer recommended auto body repair shop. Took to 3 shops including cartar, who all recommend replacing entire rear quarterpanel with salvaged parts. Estimates were $5,000 and up. Cost of repair exceeds value of vehicle, so the 3rd row seats can no longer be used.
