| Description of the problem | I purchased a used 2005 mercury monterey on january 22nd 2011. During test drive it felt great. Two days later i am feeling a jerking when taking off from a dead stop. I starting checking on line to see if there are problems with this vehicle. I was shocked to find over two hundred complaints of transmission failure! Why is it with so many similar incidents or problems that no one is doing anything about it? |
