Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns 2004 mercury monterey. While driving approximately 30 mph, there was a sudden loss of transmission power. The contact coasted to the side of the road and the engine was turned off. Upon restarting, the vehicle resumed normally. The failure recurred three times.
