| Description of the problem | I have a 2006 mercury montego automatic with 47,000 miles and now when i go to pass someone or going up a hill the car will either feel like it is in neutral and then pops into drive really hard. I don't think this is normal for a 2006 with low miles. Did mercury ever have a transmission recall on these cars. If not maybe they should investigate the problem. |
