| Description of the problem | My 90 year old dad (korean war vet) was sold this pile of junk at palestine ford. It was recalled twice. Once for power steering , and once for a gas tank sensor. It was supposedly fixed. Now the service advance track , and service power steering warning comes on and there is no power steering. And no one wants to inspect it. In addition to that, there was a tail light default on the vehicle. I spent $1,000 getting that fixed last year at inspection time. The assembly had to be replaced, so $700 of that was parts. Dad is still making payments on this piece of junk! I have driven for 42 years. I've owned numerous new and used cars, and i have never had a worse experience with a vehicle. How the hell, is this not considered a lemon under texas lemon law? What can i do? |
