Description of the problem	2011 mercury milan. Consumer writes in regards to vehicle issues. *smd the consumer stated while driving on the highway, the vehicle jolted hard and lost power. The wrench and engine light illuminated. The consumer stopped the vehicle in the middle of traffic and put it in park, then re-started it. When she re-started the vehicle, she drove a few feet and the rpm's went to 5,500 and the vehicle jerked for miles, until she was able to pull over to a safe place. The consumer stated she experienced the failure three times.
