Description of the problem	Driving home from church, the "service power steering now" indicator came on and the steering immediately became nearly inoperable. I'm thankful that there weren't many people on the road at the time. It was brought to the only service place on island that can diagnose this problem, but they have a 2-3 month waiting list to look at the vehicle. They stated that if there was a recall in place for the 2010 mercury milan, they could diagnose and fix the vehicle. Why isn't the 2010 mercury milan included in this recall - there are hundreds of incidents of similar situations.
