| Description of the problem | My 2010 mercury milan began to pull to the right after rotating the tires. The "service power steering now" indicator came on and there was no power steering. This is absolutely a safety issue. I tore my rotator cuff trying to steer the car. Ford is not recalling the 2010 model even though the electric power steering components are identical to the 2011 which is recalled. A very expensive repair, and don't understand why 2011 mercury milan owners are more valuable than 2010 owners. |
