| Description of the problem | After having my oil changed and tires rotated, my 2010 mercury milan began to pull to the right. After a few days, the (service power steering now) indicator came on, and after turning the car off and back on, there was no power steering. This is absolutely a safety issue. Ford is not recalling the 2010 model even though the electric power steering components are identical. A very expensive repair, and don't understand why 2011 mercury milan owners are more valuable than 2010 owners. Feels like discrimination. On a fixed income, don't know how i am going to pay for repairs. Please ford, 2010 mercury milan owners need you. |
