Description of the problem	I was in a parking lot and when i turned on ignition and power assist fault light lit up on panel and when tried to back up had no power steering. Turned car off and back on numerous times but same lights and loud warning sound. Tried to drive out of parking lot but service advance trac light came on and couldn't turn steering wheel to drive car. Had to leave my car at restaurant and call for a ride back to work. There is a recall for 2011 mercury milan but not 2010. This makes no sense. Someone is going to get injured or even die if not recalled for repairs. I just got this car paid for and now having problems.
