Description of the problem	Complete power steering failure!! My wife parked the car in the driveway on 12/6 as normal. The next morning she attempted to leave and the car had no steering. Car started and runs normal but no power steering at all. The car cannot be driven. I investigated posibilities that evening and checked all relevant fuses to no avail. I began researching potential problems via internet and was amazed to learn ford knows about this serious issue. In fact, they have recalled multiple models and years but excluded the 2010 milan even though it has the same steering system!!! I contacted the dealer where purchased and they offered no help except to tow it in and they will dignose. There is a plethara of complaints and investigations regarding this problem. All the information i've found is very clear.. This is serious problem and significant expense ! This must be addressed by ford and corrected. They know the problem exists with this steering sytesm but are denying their responsibiliteis to customers for fair resolution!
