Description of the problem	Was leaving my church parking lot going straight up the isle doing maybe 15 miles per hour when a car backed out right in from of me. When i slammed my brakes on the peddle went to the floor with no response. I pulled my emergency brake to stop with just a few inches. This is the third time it has happened. If i slowly apply pressure to the peddle it stops normally. After replacing brake pads, rotors, and bleeding all 4 lines multiple times it hasn't helped and this past sunday 1-6-2019 was a very close call. I researched the issue online and came across 42 other complaints of the same thing on another site.
