Description of the problem	While driving on expressway the throttle started dropping down to idle speed and the accelerator stopped working and the power steering was gone only manual steering left. The vehicle lost power and started coasting. Pulled over and stopped shut off the engine restarted and the car started up and ran normally for 10 miles than it did it again.
