Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2010 mercury milan. The contact stated while driving 50 mph, the transmission would not shift gears. While driving it was difficult to tell which gear the vehicle was in and the rpms increased rapidly. The contact released the accelerator pedal which lowered the rpms.
