Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2010 mercury milan. While operating the vehicle, the service light would illuminate. After refueling, the vehicle would not start. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the fuel purge valve was faulty and would erroneously remain open. The vehicle was not repaired.
