Description of the problem	The left rear outer brake light assembly led lights have failed. I expected to be able to pick up a replacement at the local auto parts dealership. I found out that i had to get the part from my ford dealer. I can not simply replace the led assembly. It will cost nearly $400. 00 for me to purchase a new brake light assembly. This is a ridiculously high price to pay for the replacement of a brake light. I fear the high cost will cause many milan drivers to continue to drive without adequate lighting on their vehicles. Ford should either replace the part for free, or greatly reduce the cost of the assembly due to their design failure.
