Description of the problem	I noticed on december 2, 2013 (may have been happening sooner), that when the brakes are applied, the tail light light blinked on and off and at times stayed off, but then went back to blinking. There isn't a bulb that can be replaced. The whole tail light assembly has to be replaced, which is costly.
